Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and express takes 1 to 3, counted from dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Standard shipping is $9.95 on orders under $30, $15 on orders from $30 to $149.99, and free on orders of $150 or more. Express rates are shown at checkout. See our shipping and returns policy for the full list.

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect from our Melbourne warehouse at 4/6 Davis Street, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready to collect.

For delivery by Christmas Day, order by Sunday 20 December for standard shipping, or Tuesday 22 December for express. If you're in WA, Tasmania or the NT, order by Sunday 13 December for standard. Express orders to WA and the NT need to be in by Monday 21 December. Allow a little extra time for regional areas.

Yes, we ship to many countries, with rates calculated at checkout by weight and destination. We're not currently shipping to the United States. Depending on your country, duties are either paid at checkout or on delivery, and Outlet items are available within Australia only.

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Questions about an order can go to orders@vangocollections.com.au, and we aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and once your return is approved you can choose a refund or store credit. Read our full policy for details.

Exchanges are available on full-priced items. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and note that postage for the exchange is paid by you.

Sale and clearance items can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty items under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Email orders@vangocollections.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, and we'll reimburse return postage on approved faulty items.

It's dishwasher safe on the top rack. Please don't put it in the microwave or oven, as the material isn't designed for direct heat.

Yes, it's scratch resistant and holds up well to everyday use with metal cutlery. It isn't scratch proof, so avoid cutting with a very sharp knife directly on the plate.

Our 22cm plates suit light meals, snacks, sides and kids. The 26cm plates are a full dinner size and also work as a serving plate. Both sizes and all colours mix and match. Compare them in our plates collection.

The 300ml suits a flat white or cappuccino and fits under most home coffee machines. The 400ml is better for a large latte, a long black or cold drinks. Both are spill proof with a locking lid and are dishwasher safe on the top rack. See our travel mugs.
