No matter where you are - city, country Australia, or somewhere far and fabulous - we’re here to get your Van Go goodies to you quickly and safely.
Within Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Orders under $150 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

We ship using trusted partners including Australia Post, Star Track, and other reliable couriers.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Star Track deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning your parcel will be left in a safe place. If you have a preferred location, let us know at checkout.

Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be sent via Australia Post.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
International Shipping

Flat rate international shipping is $40 AUD.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Bulky Items & Remote Areas
Occasionally, large orders or deliveries to remote areas may attract additional shipping costs. If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you with a revised quote before charging - no surprises, just good vibes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Van Go treasures. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Online Purchases
Change of Mind or Non-Faulty Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to approval.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Once approved and received, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Please note: we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on clearance or sale items.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for full-priced items only, subject to stock availability.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with the exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@vangocollections.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

If approved, return postage costs for faulty items will be reimbursed.
Items Purchased from a Stockist
If you purchased your item in-store from one of our stockists, please contact the store directly for their return or exchange policies.
