The 26cm plate is the larger size in the Van Go range: the main meal plate, built for proper dinners, BBQ nights and everything in between. Square in shape with a gently curved edge that keeps food where it belongs, it stacks neatly in drawers and is light enough that you never notice it in the van. It doubles as a compact serving platter too. Add a cereal bowl of dip and some crackers and you have the table set for drinks without needing anything extra.
Classic Green: the colour of the Australian bush
Classic Green is the colour of the Australian landscape seen through a caravan window. Sage, eucalyptus, the grey-green calm of the bush stretching out on either side of a long drive. I bought a set of cups, plates, cereal bowls and a salad bowl recently. I am in love with the colour and quality of this product. They feel sturdy and great quality, but also look beautiful. I purchased the cutlery for our camper trailer, but plan to buy a few more salad bowls for our home.

Like china plates, these bamboo ones don't bounce on concrete, but food stays warm, they are easy to clean, light weight and don't show knife scars. Very Happy Thanks. Love the Pink ones.

What are the plates made from?
These are made from a quality bamboo composite material, which is what gives them that warm, natural look and feel alongside the durability you need when you're living and eating on the road every day. They're lightweight, far less likely to chip or crack than ceramic, and completely BPA-free and food-safe. It's a combination that works beautifully for the caravan lifestyle.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Yes, absolutely. The plates are made under extremely high heat, so the dishwasher holds no surprises for them. Most caravanners wash them by hand at the van or pop them through the dishwasher at home between trips. Either way they come up beautifully. A quick rinse in the van sink is all they really need day to day.
Are they scratch resistant?
Yes, and they hold up really well. The surface is scratch resistant and everyday metal cutlery, including knives, doesn't seem to mark them at all. Can I use them in the microwave or oven?
