Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and sale items are excluded.

I bought the winter pair for company in our caravan and for the cold days when you want to wrap your hands around a real cup. They are very pretty and our caravan is blue striped as well. The only thing I dislike is the slender base which my husbands dislikes more as they are more prone to tipping. It is very nice smooth china.

I expected fairly ordinary stencilling, but this is superb! The colour is lovely and the gloss finish is beautifully even. The size is generous without giving me an aching wrist too. I wish I had bought four mugs rather than two.

Is it microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most designs are microwave and dishwasher safe. The Iconic Collection and Starry Nights mugs have a foil print, so hand wash them and keep them out of the microwave to protect the foil.
How big is it?
It holds 360ml filled to the brim, and stands about 11.2cm high and 8.7cm wide. That’s a generous cuppa that still fits neatly in the caravan cupboard.
Does it come gift boxed?
Yes, every mug arrives in its own gift box, ready to give.
