Four bamboo dinner plates, made for larger meals on the road
Four 26cm plates, the bigger of the two sizes in the Van Go range: the main meal plate, built for dinner, BBQ nights and everything in between. Square in shape with a gently curved edge that keeps food where it belongs, they stack neatly in drawers and are light enough that you never notice them in the van.
Gift boxed and ready for the road, each plate doubles as a compact serving platter too. Add a cereal bowl of dip and some crackers and you have the table set for drinks without needing anything extra.

Questions? We've got answers.
What are the plates made from?
These are made from a quality bamboo composite material, which is what gives them that warm, natural look and feel alongside the durability you need when you're living and eating on the road every day. They're lightweight, durable enough for life on the road, and completely BPA-free and food-safe. It's a combination that works beautifully for the caravan lifestyle.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Yes, absolutely. The plates are made under extremely high heat, so the dishwasher holds no surprises for them. Most caravanners wash them by hand at the van or pop them through the dishwasher at home between trips. Either way they come up beautifully. A quick rinse in the van sink is all they really need day to day.
Are they scratch resistant?
Yes, and they hold up really well. The surface is scratch resistant and everyday metal cutlery, including knives, doesn't seem to mark them at all. Thousands of travellers use these plates daily across long trips and the surface stays looking great. They're genuinely built for the road, not just for the display cabinet.
Can I use them in the microwave or oven?
These aren't microwave or oven safe, so if you're reheating something, just transfer it to a microwave-safe container first. That's the one thing to keep in mind. For the road, where most meals are cooked fresh over the stove or on the barbecue, it's rarely an issue at all.
Which size should I choose, 22cm or 26cm?
It really comes down to how you eat. The 22cm is the lighter, everyday plate, perfect for lunch, snacks, salads and a kids meal. The 26cm is your main meal plate, generous enough for a full dinner and brilliant as a compact serving platter with a cereal bowl of dips or salad alongside it. Most travellers end up with both sizes at the table, which is exactly what they're designed for. If you're choosing just one to start, bigger eaters usually go the 26cm, and snackers and grazers often love the 22cm.
Can I mix and match sizes and colours?
Absolutely. The whole collection is designed to mix and match, which is why every plate uses the same square shape and curved edge regardless of size or colour. Pair an Iconic Collection plate with a Classic Green, run two sizes at the same table, layer a solid colour with an illustrated collection, it all works. Nothing clashes because nothing was left to chance.
Do they come in a gift box?
Individual plates don't come in a gift box, but if you're buying for someone special the 4-piece plate sets are gift boxed and ready to wrap. They make a genuinely lovely gift for a birthday, a new van housewarming, retirement, or Christmas for someone who loves life on the road. You'll find the full plate set range under Dinnerware on the site.
