Shipping (Australia)

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $150
• Flat rate shipping of $15 for orders under $150
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location
• We use Australia Post, Star Track and trusted courier partners
• Star Track deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL)
• PO Box addresses are shipped via Australia Post
• You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way

International Shipping

• Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Flat rate international shipping: $40 AUD
• Delivery times vary depending on your location
• Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval
• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Once approved, you can choose a refund or store credit
• No returns or exchanges are offered on clearance or sale items

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for full-priced items only
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Postage for exchange items is the customer's responsibility

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Email hello@vangocollections.com.au with your order number and a photo
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once we receive the item back
• We'll refund return postage for approved faulty items
