De Airstream Trailers zijn misschien wel de meest erkende vintage bestelwagen aller tijden, dus ze moesten in onze collectie vertegenwoordigd zijn. Het is mijn droom om een van deze schoonheden te bezitten... vooral de Airstream Bambi, dus deze moesten we in de kijker zetten!
Tijdens het onderzoeken van nieuwe inspiratie ontdekte ik onlangs de prachtige Boler Trailers uit het prachtige Canada en nu ben ik helemaal verliefd! Zozeer zelfs dat ze in onze nieuwe Iconic Collection zijn opgenomen. Als u ze niet kent, vindt u hier een korte geschiedenis. Daarna weet ik zeker dat je net zo verliefd op ze zult worden als ik.
Opnieuw was het het ontwerp van deze Constructam caravans uit België dat mijn aandacht trok. Afgeronde kenmerken, randen en vensters gaven ze een zachtere uitstraling voor hun formaat... zelfs de kasten binnenin hadden afgeronde randen! Ik koos voor een Constructam Coral 1 uit 1970 om in onze ontwerpen op te nemen... waarom... nou ja, waarom niet! Hij is even oud als ik 😊
